A Rundown By Us:
- Marriage is a way in which 2 souls interlink with each other to create a happily ever after. So, if your marriage anniversary is coming near and you want to celebrate it wonderfully, then you are at the right place.
- A simple yet elegant anniversary decoration at home can easily make your day memorable. Anniversary celebration at home is an interesting idea when implemented with perfection. Forget about all your decoration worries as you have got us.
What we'll provide:
- 20 Heart shape balloons for making the heart
- 1 heart shape foil balloons
- 10 heart shape balloons with sticks
- 12 normal balloons with sticks
- 50 balloons on floor
- 5 fairy lights
- 1/2 kg flower petals
- Decoration at your Location
Notes:
- We use air balloons, fix them to your ceiling with a removable cello-tape (generally no mark on ceiling but please remove within 24 hours) to create the same experience as helium balloons.
- Your address, balloon colour, & any other personal preferences will be taken over an email after your booking.
- The ballons will be filled with normal air and not helium or any other gas that could be harmful.
- Balloons are of standard size.
- Around 40 to 50 balloons with ribbons are placed on the ceiling and rest are placed in the form of bunches or free floating on floor.
- Before 10 am and after 10 pm late charges 200/- will be applied.
- Please provide stool or ladder to reach the ceiling.
- The decorator will not wait more than 30 minutes at the location from the chosen time slot.

FAQs:
- 96% Refund in the original payment method if cancelled within 72 hours of the booking, except for Romantic Stay packages where 40% of the money will be refunded in the original payment method.
- Refunds for experiences to be availed in the next 72 hours will be done only in TogetherV Wallet.
- Less than 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with NO Refund.
- 24 hours to 2 days before an experience: Cancellation with 95% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
- 2 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 100% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
- No Cancellation for Diwali card Party experience(s) and it's various offerings.
- No Cancellation for Digital experiences. Refund will be in TogetherV Wallet only.
- Cancellation will be taken in working hours only via email at info@togetherv.com with Order Id.
- No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines's Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
- In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done. Perishable item(s) will not be refunded/cancelled/rescheduled.
- Less than 24 hours before experience: No Rescheduling.
- 24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
- 3 days or more before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
- No Rescheduling possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February or 25th and 31st December or any other special days for Special Packages.
- Our working days/hours are 7 days (11am - 8 pm).
- Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on the same day of your experience.
- To officially cancel or reschedule reply to booking confirmation email saying I wish to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process with your order id or Kindly reschedule my booking to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date with your order id.
- It takes 7-10 working days in a refund for the original payment method and 24 hr for TogetherV wallet.
- To preserve customer privacy, Photos taken in the customer (Photography add-on) are deleted within a week of the event date and TogetherV is not liable for the loss of the images if they are not downloaded by the customer within 5 days of sharing images link.
- Guitarist will wait for 15-30 minutes for your arrival from the booked slot time. In case of late arrival Guitarist may leave and there won't be any refund.
- In case of a complaint, notice must be given to TogetherV within the experience time slot. TogetherV will mediate where necessary and would have the final say in all disputes.
